Our company’s operations are guided by four important values: Honesty, Reliability, Sustainable Development, and Innovation. These values ensure smooth and safe operations at the worksite and in client relationships, meeting the client’s expectations.
Each employee follows the given instructions and works both safely and efficiently. Adhering to instructions ensures smooth work processes and helps avoid errors and delays.
Effective communication between management and installers is a critical factor in a successful project. The foreman’s responsibility is to ensure that the flow of information between the client’s management and our team functions flawlessly. Everyone must be aware of the project’s goals and the next steps, and no ambiguities should be left unresolved.
The foreman is responsible for reporting the events of each workday in the electronic worksite diary. This helps track the progress of the work and upcoming tasks. When a new scaffolding structure is completed, a “handover to self” is made in the electronic worksite diary to ensure the project progresses clearly and is documented step by step.
The self-handover of scaffolding is properly reported in the electronic worksite diary. Photos are taken of the completed scaffolding structure as well as the scaffolding card, which includes the supervisor’s signature.
For smaller scaffolds, only photos of the scaffolding are taken. At the end of the day, a brief description of the day’s events is recorded in the electronic worksite diary so that all parties remain up to date on the activities at the worksite.
